Dear Sir or Madam,
I'm writing to complain about my new headphones I bought last week in your store.
When I was going to test if everything worked well, I noticed that it was already used (because I realised that someone had written ''MARCOS'' there) and one ear was broken, too!
I think fooling the costumer about reusing things and selling them as they were factory new is totally inappropiate for a big business like yours...
Furthermore, I was shocked when I found it was completely broken. If your employees don't test if the product that another person sold to them is broken, that would be totally unacceptable.
Until now, I had always thought your electronic machines had a high-quality. It is very sad that you lie to your consumer with false advertisement.
I would be grateful if this report will take sense and if I can have a full refund of the headphones.
